4.0/5.04.0/5.04.0/5.04.0/5.04.0/5.0   Good place to buy from but do your research

I purchased a low bux system... sleeves- pump-line- swts- gauge.
The gauge has too high of a scale for my application. Don't like the HUGE switch that you have to run an air line to. Replaced it with a minuature swt a fraction of the size and used a remote air/vac solinoid I found on EBAY. Blame myself some for not doing more research before ordering.

I pruchased the coolride kit, parallel 4-link and ride pro compressor kit from ART for my 1985' Chevy Silverado. The install took one full weekend and was a sinch to install. The instructions were a little vague, but the ART forum was a huge help!! I love their customer service and I have to say that Darren and Tony were the biggest of help!!! Keep up the great work over there!!!!

5.0/5.05.0/5.05.0/5.05.0/5.05.0/5.0   great place to buy from - great customer service

I have Air Ride Technologies' "Shockwave" in my Thunderbird and recommend it for the other Thunderbirds at BAGGEDBIRDS.com. We get a great quailty ride and the reliability we need, for most of our birds are daily drivers. Customer service is top notch, be it on the telephone or their on-line forum. They can always get you taken care of.

4.0/5.04.0/5.04.0/5.04.0/5.04.0/5.0   good help, great product and excellent service

I purchased a kit for my 63 chevy. The kit was very easy to install. I am a novice and had never installed an airkit before and this one took me about six hours to install. The techs on the phone were very helpful and now my car rides and handles better than it ever did! The kit was very nice and went in exactly as described. The only thing that kept me from giving a full five stars was the instructions that came in the kit. They were vague in some areas and not as descriptive as I would have liked. A couple phone calls to their office got me lined out and Darren was a big help.

2.0/5.02.0/5.02.0/5.02.0/5.02.0/5.0   Great Product - ask them, they'll tell you!

They have some good ideas which they back up with big buck advertising. Ordered complete system including four-link for rear. Received mismatched components and had to find correct items locally. Advertised as 100% bolt-on, can't imagine why the instructions had me weld on brackets. Also had to modify gas tank. Rear shock mounts broke after 3 months. Had to buy replacements + air freight. Broke again in 3 months, questioned the design with their rep and he blamed the problem on me. Had a streetrod shop look at it and they could'nt believe the flimsy material they used for shock mounts. Compared it to a Pete and Jake's 4-bar which was twice as heavy. Had lower shock mounts gusseted and heavily reinforced, now the upper mounts broke loose. Was also advised that problem will continue because the design is incorrect. Components were suppose to be powder coated, but spray paint from the home center lasted longer than their powder coating which is all flaked off and rusted.
My advice is not to rush into a package deal. Educate yourself first or find a local shop that specializes in that type of work. You'll get a better job with less down time at half the price.
