I got their flyer in the mail, it had two different prices for 4o Ford running boards. I called and was told the lower price was the sale price. The next day I tried to order the boards and was told it was a misprint. The customer service guy was no help at all and acted like he could care less.

I sent Drake my 20 bucks 3 years ago for his catalog in the nice 3 ring binder. At this point I may have received half of it . They promise to send sections of it as it is completed. I hope I live long enough to get it all!!

I picked up a their brochure at a street rod event and was impress with the stated quality of their products. It said they have been making hubcaps and trim rings of the highest quality for 27 years. So I ordered a set of four. The caps were backordered and 2 of the trim rings were correct and 2 were the wrong style. All were stratched beyond use. They also came in a box labelled "Made in R.O.C." (Republic of China?). I called to return order and waited on the phone for over an hour. They gave me an RGA number and promised to credit my card for the return shipping. They didn't. I don't give up easily, so I had to bear another hour phone call to get my proper credit. I don't think I need their product that bad.

ordered an air deflector for a ford , it did'n fit sent it back ,never heard from them--- -want to grow old with a phone stuck in your ear, call bob drake

Jalopy45 must have either ordered parts for a unpopular Ford or his order arrived just the day their shipment from Taiwan came in. Service from Grant's Pass is poor but can't be blamed on FedEx or UPS. This company has always prided itself on quality but has always screwed the customer and itself with pooooooorr service. Ask almost anyone...I'll bet customers have died or had several birthdays before an order was filled. If you're over 65, stay away..

***ITS TOO BAD THAT THIER '32 FORD GRILLE EMBLEM IS OF SUCH POOR QUALITY, THEY SHIPPED THE PART WITH THE WRONG SIZE NUT,WHEN YOU TRY AND TIGHTEN IT, THE PORCELINE CRACKS, MY SECOND BOB DRAKE UNIT, WITH THE RIGHT NUT DID THE SAME.
***IT TAKES FOREVER FOR THEM TO ANSWER EMAILS.
***I HAVE NEVER HAD A BACKORDER FILLED.
***THEIR SHIPPING IS SUPER SLOW.
***I HAVE EVEN TALKED TO DEALERS, THEY AGREE!!!!!!!!
