SINCE I WAS LOCAL THEY SET UP A TIME TO MEET SO THEY COULD MEASURE MY VEHICLE. THEY MEASURED MY BLAZER TO FIT WITH NO TOP AND CHOPPED WINDSHIELD AND IT FITS WONDERFUL. THEIR MATERIALS ARE TOP CLASS AND THEY HAVE A COVER FOR ALL TYPES OF WEATHER. I WAS SO CONFUSED OF WHICH COVER TO CHOOSE FROM BUT THE SALESMAN LED ME THROUGH EACH ONE. THEY REALLY KNOW THERE STUFF ABOUT CUSTOM VEHICLES. I COULD SPEND EVERYDAY AT THEIR SHOWROOM. AFTER SEARCHING ALL THE OTHER CAR COVER CO. THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES WILLING TO DO ANY MEASURING OR CUSTOMIZING. I HAVE ORDERED SEVERAL OTHER COVERS AND THEIR CATALOG IS BY FAR ONE OF MY FAVORITE.

I ordered a custom fit cover for my Vega Wagon. They shipped an off-the-shelf cover for a hatch back. After sending it back three times, multiple phone calls and emailed pictures, I'm stuck with a sloppy fitting cover that allows rain and dirt to go through it like it was never there. At one point they shipped it back without doing anything to correct it with a terse note that they needed pictures of it (their cover, mind you!) Even though they had my phone number and email address, they shipped it back to me (in Mississippi!) with no prior coordination. At their request, I had already emailed pictures of it on the car to their Customer service rep, Doug. I paid for a custom fit and got a hacked up generic small station wagon cover with a mirror pocket that could hold my spare tire! There was never any follow-up to see if I was satisfied and I gave up, resigning myself to losing my money. I got a better cover from K-Mart for one fifth the cost! So much for their material, their product and their service. I gave them one star because at least they apparently hire the handicapped!

I ordered a cover for a chopped channeled fenderless 31 5 window coupe, didnt fit right and I called them and they said send it back and mesure this this and this , I sent it in a got a new one that fit like a glove and they didnt even charege me for the cover. They said this will take of the problem and it did a free car cover very good

After buying and waiting for more than a month for there best cover realizing it's not 100% waterproof I dont think there wasnt one drop of water that didnt go through it, checking over the catalog the picture in the catalog was different than what I got, it was the same as the cheaper cover so they said return it and they would send what I paid for,what did they send me the same thing. After 10 phone calls back and forth they told me that my cover was the more expensive one but they didnt change there picture in the catalog, yeah right! Customer service stinks once you bought it you own it.
