I have built a few flathead powered hotrods and Flathead Jack is one of the suppliers I use on a regular basis. The quality of the parts is first-rate. Over the past few years I haven't had to return one item. When you call to order a part chances are that Jack "Hisself" will answer the phone. Jack will give you advice if you ask for it.....come to think on it, he'll give you advice if you don't ask for it, but only if what you want to do will cause a problem in your project. Jack's catalog has some items that I've not seen anywhere else. The catalog itself is a piece of work. 134 pages all glossy with excellent photos. Jack has shamelessly posed on the front cover but I guess if it's his catalog...... Shipping of material is very timely, and the parts are well protected ie padded, "peanuts", bubble-wrap as required. The prices in the catalog are a little on the expensive side, but the quality of the material is good. It's the old "you get what you pay for" thing, and if you don't have to pay return shipping on a part that you can't or won't use maybe it's a wash.
