Good seat frame

I have mixed feelings for Glide. Their seat frame is great. Their foam packs are, according to my upholsterer, junk. He has had to totally trim, cut and rebuild them and, probably it would have been time and effort ahead if he had built his own.
I tried to get covering patterns from Glide - they said they didn't have any, and didn't know where I could get them - even though it is their most popular seat. And I was willing to pay for a copy of the patterns as well.
Nice people to talk to, but disappointed me
