Don't deal with this company!

I ordered a grille in February. The owner, Jack Harris said it would take 10 days. I sent payment priority mail. Here it is June and no grille or refund. He ignores email and phone. Turned them into the Houston Better Business Bureau where they already have a poor record. Email me if you want proof of all this.
