I purchased a full set of Artic White gage for my Willys. The install went fine except the speedometer would not calibrate. I traded e-mails and phone calls back and forth trying everything in the book to get the thing to work. I even sent it back per their request with all the wires attached.
They couldn't find anything wrong with the unit or the wiring but they gave me a new one...long out of warantee by this time.
It calibrated the very first time and is dead on my GPS.
It took a while but they were very patient and offered tech assistance continuously. They even called me a couple time to see how it was going.
Can't say enough for this kind of support.
I'll buy more stuff from them.

I bought a multipurpose multimeter from them. It had some features I had not seen anywhere else. In one afternoon, it helped me solve a problem I'd been working on for a couple of months.

Excellent response to a damaged tach

I screwed up the innards of an Autometer column mounted tach all by myself. I called Autometer and explained the situation and they offered to replace the tach at no cost. When they discovered that that model was no longer in production they sold me the latest model at their cost. It saved me about 30% off Summit's price. All this after I took three months from my initial call to finally straighten the whole thing out!! Great service.

I had my Autogauge tach hooked up for about 2 years and not to long ago something in the tach was shorting out causing my engine not to go over 3,000 rpm and it would backfire and die. But with some moving around of the insides it runs ok now.

Tough Gages

For the last five years, I've used nothing but auto meter guages in my drag car. They have held up to all of the abuse of neck snapping launches & violent tire shake without a hitch. You can't go wrong with these in your car.
