I've purchased from Patrick's on several occasions and each time I hang up the phone, I feel good about spending my hard earned money there.
There is no getting put on hold with voice mail for Tech Support, you get a real human who really wants to make things go smoothly.

|
ordered a set of chorme water hoses for my 40 ford flat head. when i received them, they just didn't fit right. i ended up cutting the hose an it just made it worst. i called phillip, an after looking at the order he realized they had shipped the wrong ones, no problem he shipped the right one express ,no charge . just good people to deal with. he admitted his mistake, an took care of it. morgan le blanc
