Great site for cam info. Typed in my engine info and within 24 hours got a reply back with a cam recommendation. Bought it and am very pleased.

I have purchased two different cams from them. The first I installed in a used 350 Chevy with Comp Cams complete kit. It was the XE268H-10 (12-242-2) .Much improvement over the stock cam and worked great with the stock torque converter, rebuilt TH350 trans and 3.25-1 rear gears in a 8" Ford rear. I decided to swap out the engine to put this engine in my son's '65 Chevy II.
The second cam was the 280H-10 (12-212-2). I installed this in a brand new 350 crate motor. I changed the stock heads for AFR 190cc Street aluminum heads 68cc chambers and straight plugs. Holley 770 cfm Street Avenger mounted on an Edelbrock RPM Air Gap intake. Block hugger headers to Flowmaster mufflers. I switched to a TCI Street Fighter torque converter and changed the rear gears to 3.80-1. Really screams now!
I like the Comp Cam product. Price was good, delivery was very good. Recommend them.
