Everything went according to the instructions on my KingKooler system installed in a 1940 Buick Super sport coupe. I have been running it for 5 years without a glitch(thru two upgrades on the car, re-routing and changing freon lines and compressor). There are some things which could possibly be corrected by contacting Air-Tique, but I have found ways around the problem that works for me. For instance,(this not only happens to me, but others with other brands of AC units in their cars that I have discussed this problem with) if you run the AC at the coolest setting, it will eventually freeze the condensor and can't handle the amount of condensation in the "drip pan" area of the unit. It will leak onto the floor when it over flows. I have re-installed the unit making sure it had downward flow to the drain line and re-routed the drain line making sure it was not pinched or running up hill and made sure that the thermostat sensor tube was placed in the condensor area of the unit per the instructions. It did not help the situation. What does help is leaving the blower on max speed and turning the thermostat to a lower temperature after the car has cooled off, which will, of course, let the unit cycle like it should and not allow it to freeze of build up excessive condensation. I did this, at the suggestion of a fellow rodder who had the same trouble, and it cured my problems. Although this never seems to happen in my factory built cars, I have not been able to over come it in my streetrod. Minor, and able to work around it, but notable anyway.
I did contact Air-Tique about a trinary switch and it's instructions that I bought though a local streetrod shop. The instructions did not match the wiring on the switch. They had me ship it back to them and they sent me another to match my instructions, simple as that The dealing I have had with them have been straight forward and really no problems that could not be worked out without any major dealings.

I found the A/C unit easy to install, the compressor lines and connections the hardest. I believe if I had had better instructions with kit it would have been a lot easier. Overall the unit cools my 45 PU excellently here on the gulf, never had to try the heat.
