as promised, *dirt*cheap* walking foot sewing machine I stumbled over while searching for manuals (and other info) for my consew 226. it's a singer 111W155 walking foot, for leather and upholstery. this is "THE" machine my machine, and the juki LU-563 (and i think numerous others) were 'cloned FROM"
this one's "somewhere near" eugene oregon, cottage grove, "for pickup only" the post says. I don't know the guy from adam, never met him, pls do your own research...I have no clue wether this thing's in 'good' -or- lousy shape...
I should ad this: my saying it's "dirt cheap" means *nothing*! take my 'opinion' (such as it is) with a HUGE grain of salt, seeing as (other than what I've read about sewing machines here and there over the last few days) I know <font size="+1">close to zero about walking foot/upholstery sewing machines "generally", and, as of now I've actually spent zero time operating one</font> <font size="-1">...as you guys are about to find out...</font> :-)
