True SJ.. original engine is somewhere down south in a 70s trans am. when i picked it up it had the trans ams 400. it is in pretty good shape. the interior is real nice. oh by the way i installed a 455 that is 30 over. it runs great. if i keep the car, then i would replace the quarter, a quarter cap, then paint it the original color , what ever that would be. it has climate control with pwr seat auto on floor, and a white , or off white vinyl top. i installed a 12 bolt posi from a 69 chevelle. it came with 389 or 390 gears. the rearend i installed has 411, which is to low for this car. i am going to change to a 373 or 355, the411s are crazy. dont like because i feel thebig 455, or 462, what ever 30 over makes it.. cant enjoy the torque of that engine, winds to fast with the 411s. contact me @ gmglass71@gmail.com and ill send pictures.
