Original 1971 429 Super Cobra Jet motor is for sale.
I realize there are a lot of claims from people who state they have this engine. You'll be looking for this when none exist, this is an original all numbers matching, proof available 429 Ford SCJ. (all questions answered and offers will be considered. Please do not give insulting offers)
It has very low hours, is complete and a turnkey running engine. The motor contains all original factory ford racing parts and has never been bored.
• Block – 4 bold main - # DOVE – A
• Heads – cast iron 71CC screw in studs, push rod guide plates, adjustable rockers # DOOE_R
• Adjustable rocker arms # C9ZZ-6564-A
• Rods # DOOE-A
• Crank – DOOE-A 4UA
• Cast aluminum valve covers #DOOE-6583-A
• Intake manifold – cast iron #DOOE-S425-C
• Vibration dampener # DOOE-6316-B2
• Lifter valley stamped U17 and E2
• Factory baffled 429 Boss Oil pan
• SCJ oil pump #C9AZ-6600-A
• Pistons – Factory Ford SCJ forged aluminum pistons 11.5 to 1 compression
