FS: 1959 GMC 1/2 ton stepside. Awesome shape! runs great all original

Hey guys, not too far from my dads farm is this really nice '59 GMC 1/2 ton. Body Restoration was done about 10-15 years ago, so the body is in excellent shape with no rust. The interior is the roughest of the truck, as you can tell by the pic. It definitely needs to be finished to your liking.
This is not a "fleet option" truck, it has the dual headlights. Sorry, I didn't post a pic of the front end since it has a "For sale" sign right in front with his phone # right on it.

The owner is just looking to get out of it what he put into it. It very recently had
-All new distributor, cap, rotor, plugs, wires, full engine tune up, new starter, new brakes. The only thing it needs is a new owner, and to be cosmetically finished. Mechanically its in very good shape for its age. Clutch is good as well.
Runs and drives great, only burns a very very small amount of oil. Original owners since new, started up and driven every day during the summer.

Its not being used any more so its up for sale. IIRC it has around 50-60k original miles on it.

I dont think the owner would like me to post his phone number for all to see, so please PM me and I'll PM you back with it.

Its located near a very small town called Aneroid, in Southern Saskatchewan. Just google that if you want to know exactly where.

I dont know much about this truck beyond what I've posted here, so please dont ask me. No pics of the engine bay, I apologize.

The chrome on it is also in really nice shape, but I dont think it has ever been polished. If you were to go over with with some 0000 grade steel wool it would shine like new.

It wouldnt take much to make this truck great, just some personalization, clean up & interior work.

Asking Price: $3,000.00
Condition: Good

Location (City, State, Country): Aneroid, Sask, Canada
