Description:
|
Car started as a running driving car. Was purchased by previous owner in approximately 2002 The previous owner drove the car for a couple of years, and then tore it down to do the restoration / modifications. The can was disassembled and the body was removed from the frame. All parts were saved from the disassembly. The body was put on a rotisserie and all rust was cut out & replaced with replacement panels. The body was then media blasted and epoxy primed. The underside of the body was covered with bed liner material tinted red oxide to simulate the factory look. Body was re-mounted using new body mounts & bolts.
The bare frame was sand blasted & painted a gloss black epoxy. The following upgrades to the chassis were done:
Rear tube shock mount bar
Tube transmission mount
Welded engine mounts
Tubular A-arms
Lowered front spindles
12" front disk brakes
Front & rear sway bars
A 1970 Nova 12 bolt positraction 4:11 rebuilt rear end
A Delphi power steering box
Traction bars & new rear leaf springs
Front & rear bumpers with guards were re-chromed to show status.
Chrome tilt steering column.
Aluminum steering column mount
Have all parts removed from original car.
Clean title in my name.
You won't find a nicer Trifive project.
Would like to trade for the right 35-41 Ford coupe or 1964 or earlier convertible project.
Have many pics.
