Pad is in good shape , (1) very small crack just to the left of the column opening , barely noticeable. Radio opening modified for newer ( knobless radio ) , only area that needs attention is the loop area where the glove box door locks onto when shut , it's cracked ( BUT ) is not broken , an easy fix. The cage for the radio is still in the dash , I would sell the radio with the pad for an additional $50 , works great , single CD JVC , 22 W X 4 , left some of the original color coded speaker wire attached to the harness , so install would be super simple!
