03 Chevy Dash Lights

I have an 03 Chevy Silverado, reg cab, 1/2 ton, pick-up and some of the dash lights, like the shift selector and heater temp. control, are not working. I looked and can't see any way to access these lights to change them. Anyone know how this is done?

The bulbs are soldered into the circuit board. The only way to change them is to take apart the whole cluster and heat the solder and remove the bulbs and then re-solder the bulbs back in place.

X 2 thats pretty much it. , It would be most wise to take it out and send it to a place that repairs clusters. Be sure to include a list of the problems you are having even if you think they are not related, the lab guys like all the info they can get (kinda like a mechanic does ya know)
