04 Pontiac Grand Am bucket seat mounts

i picked up these seats to replace the worn out buckets in my coupe. before i start cutting/welding brackets i would like to know how they are factory mounted. the front of the seat rails look similar to a saw blade or steps on a ladder, how do they fasten to the floor of the car ?
thanks.

If I am correct, and if they are they same as my '01 Malibu (same platforms), the front of the seat slides into slots on the floor. The rear is bolted down. Basiclly the front of the seat goes in first, drop it down and it locks into place when the back is bolted. Does that makes sense?

I will go through my pics and see if I have any good pics of when I had my seats out.

Chris

i was hoping there was a bracket that could be removed for the front rails to make my project easier.
i`ll just have to take the extra time & make the parts needed.
thanks again.
