04 silverado trailer brake problem
I have a 2004 silverado 1500 4by4 . I am having a problem with the trailer brakes. All the lights work. I installed the wiring harnes at the back 7way which plugged right in. No cutting of wires. The brake controller plugged in perfectly on the left side of the under dash where it is suppose to go and the fuse under the hood for the trailer brakes is there and good. The factory harness at the hitch shows it is for electric brakes. I tried the controller in another vehicle and it works fine as well as another truck on my trailer which also worked. Am I missing something? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
