Do you know if the vehicle was lifted to do the work, or was is done on a drive-on type lift machine?
Sometimes, lifting the vehicle can cause issues since the suspension travels alot more when allowed to fully droop. I have on multiple occasions seen shocks fail, and u-joints get in a bind.

i have a question about how they messed with spare tire, as it could be rubbing or rattling around on something

next question, did you get the rearend oil or motor oil changed?

rearend may have a posi that is making noise and if they changed rearend oil, it may need a friction modifier added to quiet it down

05 Grand Cherokee Jeep Noisy Rear End No More....

Not sure where to post this, so started new thread...
Happy Holidays to all!

I wanted to thank all who gave me great tips and ideas of what might have been causing the prob with my "noisy rear end"...mmhhh. Well, it was the pinion as many of you guessed. Wasn't too severe, if there is such a thing, as I do take good care with reg maintenance I'm told. Caught things in time before the got out of hand and did major damage. Parts were approx $150, labor $700...small fortune by me, good news is, it was all covered under extended warranty. I just wanted to give you fellas some feedback, sorry holiday prevented me from getting to this sooner. may have said it before, but let me reiterate, this is a great site and a great job you all are doing to take the time to respond to lay- people like myself. I thank you very much, have the bestest, happiest New Year, be healthy, wealthy and wise-r !!!
