'08 chrysler 300 BAS light

Ok guy's my wife has a '08 300C. The last two days while pulling off from a stop the information center says ACC (cruise) not available, the anti theft light starts blinking and the ESP/BAS light comes on and it seems to go into limp home mode. I am dropping it off at the dealer on Monday but can anybody here shed some light on what is going on? I've heard everything from a crank sensor bad to it could need a front end alignment. Any help would be great

could be a brake light switch problem or a wheel speed sensor.
It will have to go on the scanner to shed any real light on the problem.
ESP= Electronic Slip Prevention (wheel slip/traction control)
BAS = Brake Antilock System
The two systems are semi integrated and share some common components

Just for general information the local Chrysler dealer replaced the transmission control module which hopefully fixed the problem. The car just passed the 3 year mark so it was out of warranty but only had 35000 miles on it. Dealer would not cover any of the $426.00 cost but I called Chrysler and they agreed to pay half. Guess that's better than nothin
