1/4 mile time estimate?

Hi, I have a 1971 malibu I just bought and I am wondering if you guys might have an estimate of what this car will run in the 1/4 mile. it has a professionaly built 350 and the build sheet rates it at 325-345 horsepower. It has a stock 350 transmission with the factory gears (posi), I believe they are 3.90s. Any idea of a ball park figure on what this will run? It's in the body shop til october so I won't be able to actually get it on the track this year

Chances are if they are factory gears in an automatic car they are probably 2.9x or 3.0x (I think the x's are 3 and 8 respectively, but not quite sure). Anyway, a fairly heavy car (by 71, Chevelles were creeping up there), a stout engine, stock converter, no shift kit, no traction devices, street tires, maybe somewhere in the mid 16's. If they are 3.90's, mid 15's to low 16's.
