What do you need, codes from the axle tube? These may tell you what factory gears were.

If it's an 8.5" for sure, and the spring perches are on the bottom, it's either a Nova or a Camaro/Firebird rear end. http://novaresource.org/axle.htm has measurements for '68-'79 Nova rear ends. Camaro/Firebird 8.5" rears are a couple of inches wider.

The 2PW code shows 3.08 Posi on the Nova site
The G code shows Chevy Gear & Axle Posi Carrier
Not sure about 3532, maybe 353rd day, 1972
Look here to see Pic where to find your casting date code.

Should look something like this (/) L 29 2 (/) L=December, 29th, 1972

Look here to see what type housing, look at the ribs on side of housing.
BOP/Buick,Pontiac or Olds

67-Early 70 Camaro had C-clip 8.2", 67-70 Firebird had 8.2" Bolt in Axle, Late 70-81 Cam/Fire had C-clip/Bolt in 8.5", 77-81-Z28 & TransAM had 8.5" also.
8.2" W/1.438 Pinion & 25 Spline is weaker than 8.5" W/1.626 & 30 Spline. 12Bolt has 8.875" W/1.626 Pinion & 30 Spline.
8.5" has .375" smaller ringgear.
I had a 69 Nova W/8.2" that out lasted 2 SBC350's, 1 BBC402 & 1 BBC427. It was still together when I sold it. How I don't know.
