10" GM Extra HS XHD 4100-4500 RPM

I am looking at buying a Transmission specialty,s Converter
10" GM Extra HS XHD 4100-4500 RPM rated to 850 hp for street strip comes with a 90 day warranty Cost around $435.00
Has an one use this converter? I am running a stout 434 sbc compression 14.3/1 and have fill fitted the rings for a 150 shot of NOS

I do realize you get what you pay for. I have heard good things about Transmission Specialty's,,but the prices seems cheep was wondering if any one has used a similar combination with there street strip converter ?

You need a converter built for your application , nitrous converter is built different than natural aspirated application .

Trans specialties is a quality company

Anti ballon plate is far from all a nitrous converter gets. Depends on if you launch on nos or what . Stall will be different on a nitrous converter, it affects how the converter reacts to power input.

434 engine makes lots of torque,, nos adds on to that.

CalL TS with your specs for best results

Talk to TS

I have talked to TS before posting and the sales rep I had talk to seemed to think every thing would be fine with this converter. But I don't know if he was just trying to make a sale. Like I have said they have a good name but for the money it just seems cheep.

That's why I have posted this add to see if any one has tried this line of converter with a similar combo and how well is worked for them.

Thanks

i suggest you visit yellowbullet.com ... check out the forums there
