$100 screw cutting 12" lathe/mill/drill design

My Multimachine already is in the tools section but I think my new project is better. Even though it was meant for use in developing countries, I can't imagine a hotrodder not wanting a lathe, drill and milling machine that is made from concrete mix and scrap metal.
I know this sounds crazy but the machine is basically an update of a World War One cannon shell making machine that got the designer the nation's highest engineering award, the Franklin Prize.

The "how to build manual" is at: http://flowxrgdotcom.files.wordpress...1-ver-1-10.pdf

Or at http://concretelathe.wikispaces.com/...esign+Drawings

If you plan to build one, join the group at:
