12 Bolt

I have a rear end with casting number NF3896833. and DA 0618N2 stamped on the axel tube. I'm trying to identify what it came out of. Any idea's?

What kind of brackets are on it? Is it a truck or car 12 bolt? How wide is it?

Are the eyes cast into the top of the center part or are they all welded on the axle tubes?

There is one eye top right side of center casting and a bracket welded to each tube.

Yes thats the exact location of the brackets. I have tried to find it by the numbers but everything I have found so far has been for cars.

OK, so it's a '62 to '71 Chevy 1/2 ton truck 12 bolt. Have you tried any of the GM truck web sights?
