How much did the kit cost and how long did it take to rebuild? I'm thinking mine may need to be also. I bought it used of a shelf that's been sitting for a while. It looked clean just dusty.

I'm having problems with a popping in the exhaust here and there. I'm thinking its getting to much fuel and its igniting in the header.

It cost 70 dollars with the carburetor dip and a bottle of carburetor spray cleaner. The kit was cheaper on eBay, but i didn't want to wait for the kit in the mail.
