I would think they are good for 300 plus hp and should support the 350. L98 heads are good for 350 plus. But it does not support more than .450 lift and is also not a good fit for most aftermarket springs.

But to answer your question yes keep them and use them for near stock rebuild should be no problem. Actually should work pretty good for truck or other high tq application.
