Eastwood recieved the $400 kit with cart and mask on november 23rd and have still only returned me $47 for the cart. Several calls and e-mails later they keep assuring me I will be refunded the rest. So here it is Dec 9th and they hung up on me. Very shady company in my opinion. Next stop ... pennsylvania attorney generals office. What a rip off!
I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience with the welder being damaged out of the box! I can assure that we have a very low rate of damaged or defective welders. But, as with anything that is mass-produced, there can be some errors made. We are happy to offer a replacement welder at no charge, but I'm guessing you weren't interested in that offer.
If you haven't received a refund or there is still an issue, please send me a PM with your order information, and I'd be happy to make sure it is taken care of ASAP.
As I've mentioned in other posts on here and other forums, feel free to try the welder for 30 days and return for a full refund if it if it isn't as advertised. We have had very good reviews, and they really are good little units for most any DIY'er out there.
