1928-1931 Model A Coupe/Roadster Project Car

Hi fellas I'm looking for a 1928-1931 Model A Coupe/Roadster project car for my Kat Daddy.
He wants to build it from the ground up. I'm not sure if he wants to do a Rat or what. I know that it is his dream car. He wants to do an open engine and paint it a rust orange w/a high shifter just like he did w/his 59.

He knows his stuff. Unfortunately I don't!!!
