1930 model A coupe fender/running boards removal??

How hard is it to remove the fenders and running boards from a 30 model a coupe.. just bolted on ????welded??rivets??

The only hard part is the running board aprons, those need the body lifted to get out as I remember. Or at least the body bolts removed. The rear fenders have a number of bolts to the body, then a couple at the apron then a few at the running board. Then the front are similar with a few going thru the top into the frame.
