1932 Pylmouth with rumble seat
Hi Guys,
New guy here with a question. My wifes father passed away recently. We will be heading up there to handle the estate. He had a 1932 Plymouth he was putting together. I will have pics and more info once we get up there to TN. He has the rolling chasis with a big block motor and transmission etc. He wanted to make it a hot rod. The body is off and was in the process of sanding and priming. He put a new stainless steel gas tank and I believe he was making the rumble seat electric. Has the original title. Was wondering what it might go for? Trying to help her get the best price she can get for it. Any suggestions or info would be greatly appreciated. Car needs to be finished and put together............ Thanks, Joe |

Hey guys,
Back from TN. From what I got. It is a 1930 U? I will post up the pics in a little bit. It has a Ford 289 w/angle plugs, edelbrock manifold, holley double pumper, headers etc.... Still new motor@ has full dull exhaust, tranny, suspension, rear end etc on the rolling chassis which is very clean! Does not have hood, headlights. Little parts. Does not have the grille. He had a mercedes grill he was going to put on it. The rumble seat is motorized! He set it up that way. Still has the tracks and motor installed. Doors are there. We placed the body on the frame to have it taken to storage. Rolled out of the shop easily. Has all the fenders, running boards. Come back later to check out the pics and let me know what it honestly will sell for Also have a 1951 Studebaker Commander State 2dr coupe. That one was sitting in the yard for several years. Is complete with a later model motor. Has the interior but ofcourse all eaten up. Need full restoration but is pretty much complete except for the front bumper and the chrome bell piece on the front. What could that one go for as well? Again, I will post pics later...........Thanks, Joe |

I'm sorry...but this whole thread seems to be turning into one big "For sale" ad....First one car, then another and then mention of the house......
Advertising on the main board is NOT allowed, that is what our classified section is for.......As for the worth, that is a game that you need to try a price and take your chances....different areas will fetch different amounts......Look up similar items on ebay and other classified sites....That will get you a good idea as for worth.
