1936 Ford Truck - rear end question

I have a 1936 Ford Pickup that is going to be modified with a Mustang II front end kit and a Pontiac 326 4 speed combo. My question is specifically about the rear end. My daughter recently rolled her 1998 Ford Ranger 4x4. I'm wondering if the rear end in that truck will fit the 1936 truck?

I know I can measure it but at the moment the '36 is about 90 miles away from the '98 so I'm hoping someone here can give me an easier answer

Most rodders want a rear end that is 58 to 60 inches wide under the 35 to 40 Fords.

Measure your Ranger rear end this way. From wheel mounting surface to wheel mounting surface.

I do NOT know the width of the Ranger rear end
