No rear seat is going to do what you want. Those rear seats in smaller newer cars sit very low, and you won't have any way to adjust the seat or tip it forward. You really need a seat that has a base and is self supporting like the seat willowbilly recommended.

I have a couple sets from Aerostars and they have a heavy frame, seatbelts already installed and both sizes will fold flat so you'd have access to the area behind the seat.
