1937 Chrysler, Dodge and Plymouth interchange

Anybody out there with this knowledge, how compatible are the bodies, such as coupes, fenders, trunklid, frame, etc. I have a chance to buy a 37 Chrysler coupe and the body was upside down for years, bottom half great, the roof and decklid, are rusted out, even the left fron fender. Hood, headlights, grille, instruments are all intact. What do you all know?
