1937 terraplane coupe/ford 9 inch

hi, my coupe orig rims 4.5x5 16 inch, radial w/whites... i run them w/no tubes, right? . any one recommend a tire/brand they have tried. thanks dermott. the 9 inch ford rear end is not installed yet, i am probaly goinggm v-6 carb motor and g.m. auto w/ o.d. to put under this coupe. driving it stock now, 55 m.p.h. max. want more... lol.

Welcome to Hotrodders.....This is the Introduction forum........If you would post your tire question in the Hotrodding Basics forum it would be seen by more folks and you would have a better chance at getting answers. I use Coker tires on my coupe and they are tubeless. Keep in mind that some of the old original wheels are not made to run tubeless.....so you might have to use tubes...ask the guys at your local tire shop where you get your tires mounted what they think. www.coker.com
