1938 chevrolet coupe chopped 3"

Looking for some help on Ford bolt pattern for a compact spare tire. I have a TCI mustang 2 front suspension with disc brakes, and a 1974 ford 8" rear end and would like to use a compact spare that will clear my front disc brakes and rear drum brakes. I am currently running 16" american racing salt flat specials. Any suggestions?
