What's an EIFEL?

I own a 1939 Ford EIFEL cabriolet, built in Koln Germany from 1935 to 1939, this is a small 5 3/4 size car.

Approx 200 cars (two passenger cabriolets) were made in '39, several other body styles were also made, roadster, cabrio (4 pass), 2 dr sed' and even a sedan del. to see some photo's, go to google.com, type in ford eifel, and click in images

Does anyone know of this make of ford?
I'm looking for literature, restoration parts availability from Germany, car clubs in Germany,
car owners.
