1940 Chevy subframe question.
I have a 1940 Chevy Sedan and would like to install a Camaro subframe. Can anyone tell me what years of Camaros would be easiest to install? I am hoping to use a 3rd generation Camaro since they are inexpensive. Any tips or year information would be helpful. Thanks.

I have not seen a lot of difference in the relative difficulty in the install of one subframe over another...the main thing is finding one of the correct track width for your application..
You may wish to do a search of the site for subframe installation and do some reading before you begin.. Sam

A Camaro subframe is too wide for a 40. Look for a Nova or equivalent they're narrow enough so that the wheels won't stick out of the fenders.
