1940 willys
Need to rebuild the mustang 2 front end .How do i know what year it is?The front end was on the car when i purchased the car.Also will manuel rack be ok?

Do you know if it's a stock MII adapted to the chassis or an aftermarket set up? Pics would be good.

I would contact the person you got the car from and ask who's front end is on the car. As far as the steering goes, depends on how much motor are you going to run. By that I mean BB or SB. The weight of the motor is what you need to know as the front end will steer harder with a manual and BB .
