1941 ford pickup tranny adapter

I would like to replace my flathead in my 41 Ford pickup with either a Chevy or Ford small block, does anyone know where I can get an apapter so I can keep my origional tranny, driveshaft, ect. Years ago I used to swap out the flayhead pony motors in my ready mix trucks to overhead valve engines, a (223), but have not seem one in years, any ideas. Have already called all the obvious, trans-dapt, ect.

Thanks, Dave

WELCOME to Hotrodders.com

I had a 1940 Ford coupe that was converted to a SBC with a engine/transmission adapter from Wilcap.

http://www.wilcap.com/

They sell almost everything needed for the conversion ...

again ... WELCOME
