KB-1 VIn question
I have a 1949 KB-1 and the serial # is 139371 and the chassis # is 93619, so I suspect that mine is newer than yours.

KB-1 VIN Number
Under IHC archives they list the first number for KB-1 for January 1, 1947 is 49309, January 1, 1948 is 70793, January 1, 1949 is 93352. So that makes yours a 1947
