1947 thru 1954 Chevy 3100 3" drop axle
Has anyone used a CPP 1947 thru 1954 Chevy 3100 3" drop axle? I'm going to use one and planned on using my original tie rod with the ball & socket style ends. The drop axle supplier said they won't work. He said I need the new tie rod and tie rod ends. If you have used the drop axle and any combination of tie rod ends, please post with opinions. Thanks
