1949 International !/2 ton

I have a 1949 International 1/2 ton p/u and I am wanting to put a independent front suspension on it and was wondering if there is any kits out there and if not are there are any ideas how I it could be done.

I doubt if your going to find a kit for your truck simply because its not one of the more "popular" models around.

I would take some measurements off the front section of your frame (frame width, length, tire track width, etc.) and take a look at some of the more popular frame clips (Nova, Camaro etc.) to see if one might come close to fitting. Another option might be the bolt on system used in mid 70's Chevy pickups. Depending on your ingenuity you might be able to make one of those setups work.

Good luck
