1950 Desoto Custom

It has a 76 Olds Tornado engine and drivetrain in the REAR. Up front is a 78 Camaro subframe with air bags. It was lengthened in the rear 6 inches and the top cut and moved forward to make room for the engine. The interior has been done in real wood, door panels and headliner were not finished yet. It does have a back seat, not a whole lot of leg room though. In the second pic you see the FUNCTIONAL air scoops in the rear fenders. The head lights are from a VW bug, the grill is custom and the side moldings are from a 56 Chevy, the fender skirts were hand made. This guy drove this down here to NC from NY with his friends driving a '36 Ford Sedan.
