1953-56 F-100 front clip leftovers

The authoities here in Norway have decided that my Volare front is illegal because of the frame notch. Does anyone out the have a set of leftover front rails from a front clip graft? I need the rail bits from just ahead of the middle rivot on the front crossover (under the radiator) and around 27" towards the rear. I ship from CA so as close as possible to cut down on shipping, but beggars can't be choosers.

Why can't you just make these pieces from scratch, they would be pretty simple. Or are they THAT picky where the pieces have to come from a frame, that would be pretty psycho but I can see it. If that is the case you could make the pieces where there is NO WAY they could tell if it came from a frame or scratch.
