1954 Cadillac worth?

Any 1954 Cadillac experts?

Could anybody advise me a rough idea on what a 1954 Cadillac is worth?

Here are the details: Body is to bare metal (ready for primer) on rolling chassis. Interior is complete and original, has new glass for entire vehicle. car was driven last 10 years ago (probably will need engine coolant hoses, gaskets, etc.

It is a 2-Door, Coupe Deville (Fleetwood)
-equipped w/ Air Cond.
-V8

The car is basically ready to be primed and painted, its on the chassis. It of course will need the interior installed. badging handles, trim, etc. It will most likely need new tires and the engine brought to life. The chrome is in good shape.

Whats the approx. value range as described above? Can you speicify if your quote is in U.S. or Canadian dollars.

Any help would be appreciated, I am interested in buying this car for a project that can be completed within the year.

Thanks!!

re: 1954 Cadillac worth?

I also should mention that I believe the motor is original to the car, but I am not 100%, so if someone can give me an estimate, they can base it on the serial #'s not matching vs. #'s matching.... The purpose of buying this car is to make a nice, eyecatching summer driver, it's not intended to be purchased as project that is to be built to factory original specs for some concourse show car. Again, I really appreciate anyone's advice that has some knowledge of the older Caddy's/GM cars.
