1954 chevy 210 dash wiring
 

does anyone have a schematic for a 1954 chevy 210 dash wiring? i am trying to diagnose why i am having so many elect problems in that dash and am tracing all wiring. (what a bear that is) thanks

I don't have a wiring diagram. However, if you are having multiple problems with the dash, its probably due to bad or missing ground wire. If the panel is not grounded properly, turning on and off various accessories can provide a path to ground for other accessories.

May be time for a new wiring harness. Restorations are nice, but trying to make an original 53 year old wiring harness work properly can be a chore, if not dangerous IMO.

u can get a book fromhttp://www.fillingstation.com/ a chevy supplier and great people to deal with. u can get a limk to the VCCA a chevy club with a bullitin board with great guys that will help u out, may even post a wiring diag. for u as they did for me. or one mite already exist in a previuos thread. :thumbup:
