1955.1 Fender Bolt Size

I have been shopping for fender bolts and have found they range from 7.99 all the way up to 100.00+ some with washers some without, what gives???? I know stainless and grade 8 cost more, but really. I noticed they don't give a size and for good reason, so can anybody tell me what size and type the front fender inner and outer bolts are? I have found I can go to Lowe's and get just about any bolt I need for a fraction of the price plus I don't have to pay shipping and wait.

i use http://www.boltdepot.com/ for most of my bolts in my truck
they have very good pricing for SS
i needed 60+ bed wood bolts, nuts, wash and locks;
i bought boxes of 100 for less than half the price of the kits.
but i too used a lot from homedepot, i think i have 6 stores within 10 miles
and 1 a mile away.
