1955 Chevy Pickup

Hi everyone,

I'm new to this board and need some advise. I just bought a 1955 Chevy Pickup 3100. It is in good condition but it does need some updating. I would like to ask for recommendations on IFS kits. I have been reading some of the post here and I guess the question is which company to use. Heidt, TCI, Fatman etc. The purpose is to modify the truck for power steering and ride comfort. Later changes such as Windshield replacement, Wiring replacement,Gauges and A/C unit will come later.
Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks for reading my ramblings.

Jonathan.

Johnathon,

Welcome to Hotrodders.com.

I have a Heidts in one (35 Chevy) and Fatman (48 Chevy 3100) in the other. Both are fine however I like Heidts customer service better.
